Jennifer Kirk started her real estate career in 2008 as a real estate agent and is licensed to conduct all forms of real estate transactions in the State of Texas.  Over the years as a real estate agent, she has found her niche in the investment sector of this industry.  As an investment specialist who focuses on distressed properties, foreclosures, HUD homes, and land transactions; she is well versed in the pitfalls in today’s ever-changing real estate market.  

Jennifer represents Buyers, Sellers, First-Time Buyers, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Auctions, Relocations, 1031 Exchanges, Commercial Real Estate, Rentals, Owner Finance Properties, Condos, Luxury Properties, Resorts and Second Homes, Senior Housing, Property Management, Investment Properties, and Hud Broker.  

In Jennifer’s early career she was a restaurant co-owner, Rick’s BBQ in Carrollton, TX which was featured in 2007 on the Food Network Channel “Receipt for Success”.  She also had 20+ years in the Credit and Collection Industry which she uses this knowledge to mentor clients on ways to improve their credit score.  

Jennifer’s tenacious "can do" attitude compliments this competitive industry in order to maximize her client´s purchase and/or sale of real estate. Ms. Kirk conducts her business activities with integrity and honesty. All transactions are handled with the utmost care and diligence.  While her attention to detail help her clients close on their property without unnecessary delays. 

Outside of real estate Jennifer loves fishing.  All she needs is her Zebco 33 and a box of worms or minnows. She advocates and has a soft spot for senior citizens and children where she volunteers at Metrocrest Services.  She also is a supporter of Senior Adult Services, Bee’s Kids Fund Raisers, Families to Freedom, and the Police Athletic League.   Throughout the year she actively collects, buys toys, and requested items to contribute to area shelters for Christmas stockings and gift giving.
